Forecasts are guidance, not safety advice

Forecasts, grades, sargassum scores and other information are estimates based on models and third-party data. They can be wrong or out of date. Don't rely on Veabird for safety decisions. Always follow official warnings, local flags, lifeguards and authorities.

Using the site and data

• You may use Veabird for personal and commercial planning, and embed our widgets as described on the embed page.
• Don't scrape the site in ways that overload it, misrepresent our forecasts as your own, or remove attribution from widgets or data.
• Our logos and brand may be used as described on the brand page.

Third-party links and bookings

Veabird links to hotels, booking sites and other partners. Any booking or purchase is between you and that company, under its terms. We're not responsible for their services, prices or availability. See the affiliate disclosure.

Photos and content

Photos belong to their owners and are used under license or with credit. If you believe something on Veabird infringes your rights, contact us and we'll review it promptly.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Veabird is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veabird and Alex Houck Consulting, LLC are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, including travel costs, cancellations or injury.
