Choose any game for a game-day forecast: win odds, how close it should be, weather at kickoff (outdoor venues), UV, air quality, crowd, safety and other events in town.
How it works
- Win odds: betting-market moneylines with the bookmaker margin removed when ESPN lists them; otherwise the point spread, ESPN's matchup predictor, or season records (log5) plus home-field edge. Tennis picks come from the iPredictSport model.
- Competitiveness: 100 is a coin flip, 0 a foregone conclusion.
- Weather: Open-Meteo hourly forecast for the game window (about 3 hours), with UV index and US AQI. Indoor venues skip weather scoring.
- Crowd: reported attendance when available; otherwise estimated from level, league, matchup, weekend and nearby events.
- Local events: concerts, festivals, fairs and parades within 40 km on game day, plus other games in the same city and public holidays.
- Schedules: Veabird Events data (ESPN, Rank One, Mascot Media and school calendars). High school rows without a start time assume 7 pm for football and 4:30 pm otherwise.
